Architecture
CaveauCRM uses an event-driven architecture where business events (client signup, ticket created, deal won, etc.) trigger n8n workflows through HMAC-signed HTTP webhooks. Each workflow performs cross-platform actions — creating records, sending notifications, updating health scores — without manual intervention.
